Dr. Michal Aharony is Editor of The Journal of Holocaust Research. Her main research fields are modern political thought and Holocaust studies. Dr. Aharony received her Ph.D. in political science from the New School for Social Research in 2010. In 2010-2013 she was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Open University, Israel; at the International Institute for Holocaust Research at Yad Vashem in Jerusalem; and in the Franz Rosenzweig Minerva Research Center at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Dr. Aharony is the author of the book, Hannah Arendt and the Limits of Total Domination: The Holocaust, Plurality and Resistance (Routledge, 2015).
